Pestana Grand Hotel offers 177 guestrooms in a seven-storey building with an Art Deco-style exterior. All have sitting areas and balconies are furnished with faux-wicker sun loungers and face either the ocean or neighbouring apartment buildings.

Decor is light and contemporary with cream walls, neutral-coloured carpets, bold floral fabrics with coordinating upholstery, dark-wood furniture including desks and small tables, and black and tan marble bathrooms.

Amenities include laptop-sized safes, high-speed Internet access (surcharge), televisions with international channels, coffee/tea makers, and bathrobes. Compact refrigerators contain complimentary bottled water and milk for coffee and tea on arrival, and can be stocked as minibars on request.
